Authenticity in the age of AI has become one of the biggest challenges of our time. I have been watching the rise of artificial intelligence with a mix of curiosity and caution…Something became clear to me this year. I rely on frequency more than anything else. I read between the lines of conversations. I feel the tone of a text message. I sense the truth behind an email. It is not the words on the screen that guide me. It is the frequency behind them. That frequency is how my intuition speaks. This entire dilemma highlights how deeply authenticity in the age of AI affects emotional connection, intuitive communication, and the frequency behind our words.

When People Outsource Their Essence

More and more people are now letting AI write their personal messages. I’m not talking about marketing content or business copy. I’m talking about the intimate exchanges between friends, clients, and even family. Messages that carry emotion. Messages that hold weight.

I can spot an AI generated message a mile away. It feels empty. I don’t receive any frequency from it. There is no imprint of the person who wrote it because they did not write it. It has no heartbeat. No soul. No truth.

This creates a huge dilemma for me in my work. I rely on intuitive information. I listen to frequency as much as I listen to words. When someone writes to me from their real, messy, honest heart, I feel them. I know how to respond. I can meet them in the depth of their story.

But when someone sends me an email crafted by AI, I feel nothing. I cannot access the true emotional landscape they are trying to share. I cannot feel safe opening my heart in return. It leaves me feeling unimportant, like they were too busy to show up as themselves.

The Challenge of Staying Real

I am not saying AI is good or bad. I am sharing my experience of navigating this new world. I see the appeal of using AI. It saves time. It feels efficient. But I don’t want perfect. I don’t want polished. I don’t want something that looks right but feels wrong.

I want the real you. I want the raw edges. I want your essence. Because in a world filled with noise and illusion, authenticity is the only thing we have left.

Everyone says they want to be authentic. Yet so many people are outsourcing the very thing that makes them authentic. Their own voice.

I made a commitment to myself. I will never outsource my personal essence to AI.

Where AI Belongs — And Where It Doesn’t

AI has its place. I use it for repurposing content I already created. I use it to simplify what is already in my voice. This feels aligned. It still carries my frequency. But using AI to speak for me? No. That crosses a line.

And now we are entering a strange era. Coaches are creating AI versions of themselves. “Join my course. Talk to my AI twin. It’s just like me, only better.” I call bullshit on that. AI will never be better than you. At best it will be a hollow imitation.

I will not clone myself. I will not create an AI version of my work. And I will not hand over my essence.

Authenticity is the new leadership. And the new paradigm belongs to those who stay real.
