And if you’re paying attention, that map has clues, signposts and signals that can direct you towards what you need to do, where you need to go, what treatment you need to have or whether you need to do nothing at all.

Your baby has chosen you specifically.

The exact experiences that you’ve had in your life, everything that you’ve done up until this point, your sadness, excitement, grief and traumas have made you the perfect mum that this baby is coming to experience.

You’ve got all of the skills necessary to provide for this baby so that he or she can fulfil their fertile blueprint, their map or vision of what they want to achieve when they are on Earth.

And this matters so much because you are not broken.

You do not need to be fixed. There is nothing wrong with you.

It just hasn’t happened yet.

Not conceiving this month doesn’t mean anything other than it hasn’t happened this month.

What My Eight-Year Fertility Journey Taught Me

I’m no different to you.

I spent eight years trying to conceive my son, and for many of those years, I believed I was doing everything right.

I ate organic food. I drank alkaline water. I used eco products in my home long before anyone thought it was a thing. I was a crunchy mama from way back.

I ate gluten-free food. I took all the supplements, did all the exercises and meditated every day.

You name it, I did it.

And if all of those things were going to get me pregnant, I would have been pregnant eight years before I actually was.

You can only do so much with the physical body, but at some point you have to look deeper.

Is there a message? Is there something my baby is trying to tell me?

After spending many years doing everything right, I began asking myself whether my baby had a different path for me. Perhaps there was a different journey that I needed to experience.

And for me, that journey involved letting go.

Letting go of all the doing and opening my heart again to joy, fun and expansion.

Truth be told, I had been sacrificing joy for many years in my quest to conceive.

My vision of what fertility looked like and how to conceive a baby was in vast contrast to my baby’s eternal fertile blueprint.

The way my baby wanted to land into my womb was through joy.

And the way that your baby wants to land in your womb will be unique to you.

Learning to Recognise the Signs from Your Spirit Baby

This is your invitation to begin connecting and communicating with the blueprint of your baby.

And this is why I believe spirit baby communication is so important. In my opinion, it is the gateway from where you are to where you want to be.

Your baby is sending you signs. They are sending you messages every single day, and you may simply not have been trained to see, notice or recognise those messages yet.

People often ask me what I mean when I say spirit baby communication opens a portal to your womb.

I’m not talking about a physical portal. It’s not as though a doorway suddenly opens.

I’m talking about an energetic portal.

In my understanding, when you begin communicating with your spirit baby and your confidence increases, your nervous system begins to regulate.

Your nervous system feels calm.

If your body has been in a freeze response, feeling locked and shut down, the nervous system begins to stand down.

Your body begins to open, and your womb begins to pulse energetically and magnetically, sending out a signal that it is safe for your baby to land.

I believe safety is what activates the connection between you and your baby.

When your womb feels safe to conceive and the signs are abundant, I believe it is only a matter of time until your spirit baby lands in your womb space.
